Imagine yourself feeling tight and congested. Then you receive a massage that relieves these issues, allowing you to relax in your body, breathe, and move easier. Normal stress happens all the time; abnormal stress becomes a problem which affects the body, mind, spirit and has many sources:
  • Being overworked
  • Financial responsibilities
  • Physical activity
  • Emotional situations
  • Relationship issues
  • Injury
  • Health issues
Because everyone has different stress factors and physical needs, our skills have become quite diverse. Our practice utilizes a wide variety of massage skills and techniques that address your muscles, joints, soft tissue and nervous system discomfort, problems and pain issues.

General Information:

We have found that cumulative trauma injuries are the result of repetitive motion found in many of today’s occupations. Tight muscles can be responsible for many injuries and today’s employers are training their employees to stretch before becoming involved in physical activity, thereby reducing insurance costs and injury claims. Massage works to encourage the body to help itself and unwind the stress points created by your individual activity. We incorporate myofascial release, deep tissue, trigger point, relaxing Swedish massage and hot steam packs to help facilitate the body’s ability to unwind its stress points. We are experienced working with soft tissue problems that have resulted from strain/sprain injuries, whiplash, muscle spasms, and scar tissue adhesions. We work hard to present a quiet, clean and safe environment, thus allowing a trusting relationship to develop between your therapist and you.
